Terms of Service
Upon payment and acceptance of membership to RuralFathers.com, members of RuralFathers.com automatically agree to the following terms of service for the use of the web site and all downloaded material found on RuralFathers.com.
Membership will begin upon receipt of full payment to RuralFathers.com. Upon payment receipt, an email notification will be sent to the new member indicating a new membership account has been created. The email notification will contain instructions for accessing membership areas of the website. RuralFathers.com members will have unlimited access to resources and materials found on or at RuralFathers.com for one year from the date of purchase.
Membership
RuralFathers.com hereby gives consent to members to view, print, copy, and distribute information found on membership access permitted pages to enrolled families and staff whom are employed by or with “Members” agency, organization, institute, university, or corporation.
Members are defined as the primary user for an agency, organization, institute, university, or corporation using the identified member login email account.
Materials and resources found on RuralFathers.com are intended solely for use by its members and may not be used for profit, or be displayed on websites or web pages other than http://www.ruralfathers.com.
Annual Membership Fee
The Annual Membership Fee is based on the maximum number of children you and your organization expect to serve through the duration of your organizations’ membership.
Membership is one year from the initial sign up date.
In the event a member’s enrollment numbers increase or decrease, the annual membership fee already paid will not be adjusted.
RuralFathers.com reserves the right to change the amount of the fee charged for new memberships without notice. RuralFathers.com reserves the right to change the amount of the subsequent renewal fee without notice.
Release of Liability
Upon approval of membership to RuralFathers.com, members release liability to all staff of RuralFathers.com or Youth & Family Services, Inc.
Privacy Policy
RuralFathers.com does not share information collected from members with other agencies, businesses, organizations, institutes, universities, or individual persons, including other RuralFathers.com members. All information is secure and used only for RuralFathers.com membership services.
Partnering groups or companies of RuralFathers.com have individual privacy policies or user agreements for individuals to use their web sites.
Thus, when using services other than or beyond RuralFathers.com, the use of the privacy policies of partnering groups applies.
Copyright
To the extent permissible under the U.S. Copyright Act and the U.S. Copyright Act for Online Works, Youth & Family Services Inc. holds the copyright to all printed information, materials, resources, online works, and records obtained by members and non-members on the RuralFathers.com website. "Record" means information that is inscribed on a tangible medium or that is stored in an electronic format or other medium and is retreivable in perceiveable form.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be granted in the event of double billing. In the event double billing occurs a total refund will be provided for the amount charged for the second membership.
No other refunds will be granted.
Bulletin Board Policy
RuralFathers.com reserves the right to edit or remove questions and terminate RuralFathers.com memberships for inappropriate language or behavior.
Inappropriate language or behavior will not be tolerated when posting information on the RuralFathers.com Bulletin Board and may result in immediate termination of membership.
Disclaimer
In the rare possibility RuralFathers.com can no longer provide new or updated materials, members will continue to receive full access to existing resources and materials on the RuralFathers.com web site for the time remaining on the existing membership.
RuralFathers.com reserves the right to change the terms of service at any time without notice or notification. Please check Terms of Service for changes.
